This beautiful villa is on a quiet elevated rural site with 180º panoramic view over Coral Bay and Paphos. The small development in the countryside on the edge of Peyia village has a mixture of 3 villas and 12 town houses with a central pool. The villa overlooks an ancient olive grove where goats still tinkle past on their way to pasture. It has an enclosed garden with separate steps from the car parking area.
There is a very large open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room with vaulted ceiling; 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite).
The living room is large (22x20 feet), bright and cool with windows all round giving panoramic views down to Coral Bay and up to the hills beyond Peyia. It has a beautiful corner sofa from which one can see the sea and surrounding countryside. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable large double bed suitable for 2 people, allowing 6 people to have a good nights sleep.
There is a large wooden table & 6 chairs in the dining area.
The kitchen has marble worktops and is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave oven.
Off the lounge is an elevated veranda with large table & 6 chairs for outdoor dining.
The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are at lower ground level – both have large patio doors opening onto the garden and wonderful views, over an ancient olive grove, looking down to Coral Bay. One large room has 2 very comfortable single beds and is en-suite with spacious shower room and large storage room. The second bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed (160cms wide) and lots of storage cupboards. Just outside this bedroom is a bathroom with bath and shower.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The villa is 40 minutes from Paphos airport, 20 minutes from Paphos town, 10 minute drive down to Coral Bay beach, 40 minutes from the Akamas peninsula, and 90 minutes from the Troodos mountains.
It is a 5 minutes stroll to Peyia village centre.
